Anastasia Wanke, a german artist, currently residing in Valencia (Spain), was one of the winners of the 8th International Speaker Slam in Wiesbaden on July 17, 2025, where she thrilled the audience with an impressive stage performance.

The event, which attracted 218 participants from 23 countries, set a new record and marked a breakthrough for the artist.

What made it special was that participants had only 240 seconds to win over their audience.

Wanke, whose works have been shown in international exhibitions and published in art magazines, used the stage to share her personal story and her philosophy on overcoming the rat race. Her presentation focused on how she found the courage through art to devote her life to her passion.

“My topic was how I overcame the rat race through art and found the courage to devote myself to my passion instead of spending my whole life working toward other people's goals in jobs where I didn't feel fulfilled,” explained Anastasia Wanke after her performance.

Her art, which combines colorful abstraction and nude drawings, serves as a means of expression for inner and outer freedom.

The participants of the Speaker Slam were particularly impressed by Wanke's authentic and motivating manner. She described how she overcame her fear of giving up her secure job and devoting herself entirely to art. Her presentation encouraged many in the audience to reflect on their own life paths and find the courage to pursue their own dreams.

Anastasia Wanke also took the opportunity to share her philosophy on life: “Dare to truly live your life before you dare not to.” This quote aptly sums up her message of self-realization and the courage to break new ground.

The International Speaker Slam provided Anastasia Wanke with an ideal platform to convey her message to a wide audience and talk about her art as a form of expression of freedom. The event once again underscored the importance of personal development and motivation in the art world.
